Ready-mix concrete composed of wood chips is an alternative to polystyrene and other aggregates. We are assisting plants in order to ensure the results desired. We are committed to providing quality products and improving our service to keep current with the changes in our environment.
The research and development department with partners and a testing center, has developed a formula optimized for the use of our aggregate in concrete batching plants and in concrete mixing transport truck.

In every room and on any support.
For the renovation of buildings and monuments.
Stocks 350Kg of CO2/m3, the screed will contain 95% of wood chips after it has dried.
The screed must be at least 6cm thick.
Smoothing and floating is possible with a mechanical trowel (helicopter)
Formula especially made for the use in truck mixers and screed pumps

Accelerate the speed of rotation of the mixer when you arrive on site.
Grease the pipes with slurry (1 bag of cement for at least 20ml).
The pumping is done at low pressure.
Slowly feed the tank, ensuring that the hole that swallows the concrete sucks a little air.
Turn the mixing shaft in reverse direction to let more air in the tank.
Add a small trickle of water at the entrance of the opening of the pump to prevent the wood from binding and forming plugs.
Put a polyethylene film with sufficient covering
Take precautions to avoid perforating the film.
Install control joints, expansion and contraction joints,… especially in large areas and in narrowing surfaces (doors, hallways, level differences)
Install level references
During the hardening, do not operate on the screed
Protect the structure from solar radiations, airstreams and rain.
24 to 48 hours after the pouring, install contraction joints if they were not installed before.

Spread the concrete. Set the lattice tiling to half height of the screed or use polypropylene fiber.
Compact slightly and level the concrete with a screed board.
Float the surface and eventually spread 2/3 of sand + 1/3 cement according to the formula you used.
Cover the screed with a polyethylene film for 5 days.
